In order to show our commitment to DEI, McKinley has established our first ever Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Liaison to heIp ensure that our conversations surrounding equality, equity, and inclusion turn into action.

We will be holding an open dialogue with our Riverside office’s mental health department to discuss suicide prevention.

We will be hosting a webinar with an American Sign Language (ASL) instructor. Come ready to learn some basic ASL and more about the deaf culture.

In recognition of Indigenous Peoples Day we will have Native American educator and activist Corinne Rice-Grey Cloud speak to our staff about respecting native American culture.
