Our Recruitment Process
During your interview, we’re eager to delve into your expertise and discover what energizes you. While the interview process will be tailored to the specific role you’re applying for, here’s a general idea of what to anticipate. We will assess your technical abilities (where relevant), skills pertinent to the role, and your behavioral attributes. This approach ensures we find the ideal fit for you within McKinley.
STEP 1: Identify & Apply

STEP 2: Review & Screen
Our HR Recruiters and Hiring Managers carefully review each application to select candidates who best align with the position’s requirements.
STEP 3: Assessments & Interviews
Depending on the role, you may be asked to engage in a brief skills test to demonstrate your aptitude followed by an interview with our panel to explore your fit for the role.
STEP 4: Offer & Acceptance
If selected, you will receive a job offer within two weeks of your interview, leading to your acceptance and next steps.
STEP 5: Onboarding
We welcome you to our team with a comprehensive two week onboarding process, ensuring a successful integration to McKinley!
