McKinley offers full-time employees an excellent benefits package consisting of the following:
MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE McKinley offers full-time employees full coverage in their choice of medical and dental plans as well as life insurance at no cost to the employee. Currently, McKinley offers Kaiser medical insurance as well as a regular dental plan and a PPO plan administered by Aetna Dental. McKinley also offers supplemental life and voluntary long-term disability insurance through Jefferson Pilot Financial.
403(B) SAVING PLAN McKinley offers employees the opportunity to save for their retirement as well as reducing their tax liability by participating in our 403(b) plan administered through Pension Specialists. Employee may contribute into this plan immediately, and after one year of full-time employment, McKinley will contribute 3% of the employees annual salary and will match an additional 2%. Employees are fully vested after just 3 years of full-time employment.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT McKinley encourages all of their employees to continue with their education. As such, McKinley offers tuition reimbursement for employees provided that they are pursuing certain educational degrees.

VACATION TIME Full-time employees may accrue between 2 and 4 weeks of paid vacation time each year.

INTENSIVE TRAINING McKinley provides all employees with an intensive training program designed to orient and train employees on McKinley policies, procedures and protocols.
